Abstract

In this paper, the main purpose is to promote the global dynamics of system (2) in [1]. By using method of constructing Lyapunov functionals, we establish global asymptotic stability of the infection-free equilibrium, the immune-free equilibrium and the existence of a unique HAM/TSP equilibrium. Our numerical simulations suggest that if 1 < R1, an increase of the intracellular delay may stabilize the HAM/TSP equilibrium while the immune delay can destabilize it.
