Stability analysis of cryptosporidiosis disease SIR model under stochastic perturbations
Abstract
Using the known Cryptosporidiosis disease SIR model, a method of stability investigation for nonlinear systems of differential equations under stochastic perturbations is discussed. Stability conditions are obtained using the general method of Lyapunov functionals construction, the method of Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) and MATLAB. The obtained results are illustrated via figures with numerical simulation of solutions of the system under consideration. The method can be applied for many other nonlinear systems of high order of nonlinearity in various applications.
