Some fixed point convergence theorems for nonexpansive type mappings in geodesic spaces

Rahul Shukla

Abstract

This paper aims to approximate fixed points for nonexpansive type mappings in geodesic spaces, particularly when the set of fixed points is not empty. We delve into the general Picard-Mann (GPM) algorithm, deriving convergence theorems both in terms of ∆ and strong convergence under different conditions.
