Dynamic analysis of humoral immunity HIV for both virus-to-cell and cell-to-cell transmissions with RTI
Abstract
In this paper, we have fabricated an HIV RTI model accompanied with humoral immunity. Positivity solution for the model and boundedness of the model were derived. Stability analysis of the constructed model about its steady states has been deliberated. Sensitivity analysis is performed on a delay differential equation model for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) with reverse transcription inhibitors (RTI) model.
